Experience a yoga and multi-instrumental soundbath designed to relax the body, calm the nervous system, and quiet the mind. The session begins with gentle, accessible yoga, followed by an immersive soundbath featuring gongs, drums, guitar, rattles, chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, and more. Movement and sound work together o release tension, support deep relaxation, and encourage a grounded, meditative state.
